Why: Honoring our Combat Wounded Service Members and bringing awareness to PTSD, and significant military dates. Who will you Ruck ‘N’ Run® in honor of?
What: Earn your challenge coin by rucking and/or running 20 miles and complete 200 reps of 5 exercises (5 miles/50 reps of 6 exercises per week x 4 weeks).
Where: Anytime/anywhere. This is a virtual challenge.
Who: Open to all and for all fitness levels.
Cost: Only $20.26 to register, which includes a challenge coin!
