October’s Mission = Punkin Ruckin’
Why: In keeping with our mission, a punkin-carrying, costume-wearing, family-friendly, fun, Fall mission to build camaraderie and connect the community! Get the kiddos involved!
What: 3.1 Miles Carrying A Punkin with 5 Exercises!
Where: Anytime/anywhere. This is a virtual mission.
Who: Open to all and for all fitness levels.
Cost: Only $20.25 to register, which includes a challenge coin (free shipping)!

The mission:
Distance: 3.1 Miles (5K)
Must carry a “punkin.”
Costumes highly encouraged
Ruckers, ruck (carry weight, your preference)
Runners, run (do not carry any weight)
Exercises:
31 Monster Stomps (Walk like Farnkinsteins’ Monster with arms out but holding your punkin. Raise those knees high as you move forward. This counts toward your overall distance). Count each right foot for reps.
31 Squats/Presses (Bodyweight Squats with Military Press. Press that punkin up!)
31 Flutter Kicks (holding punkin up without locking elbows)
31 Pumpkin Tosses (partner up!) Just like a medicine ball toss. Toss it to your partner or toss up up if solo.
31 Lunges (with punkin). Again, count your right foot for the reps.
Suggested: Do it as a group, all at once along the route.
