Ruck ‘N’ Run needs your help.
“Ruck ‘N’ Run” is currently a supplemental registered trademark. We’re working with an outstanding legal team to finalize Ruck ‘N’ Run’s principal registered trademark. A principal registered trademark provides more legal protection for what we’ve all built since 2015.
Proving distinctiveness is key. We desperately need as many people as possible to sign a statement about your involvement with Ruck ‘N’ Run. If you’re willing to help knock this out of the park, please go straight to the Sample Declaration provided below.
